We work hard to provide quality products. However, If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we do offer a returns policy. Note that some items may not fall under the returns policy, such as charity-based products, custom made products or products that involve specific weights or large quantities that are time consuming to re-check.

As long as the item is returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, in its original condition (unworn, with all of the original packaging) then we will refund you via the original payment method within 28 days of receipt. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason drop us a message and we will deal with any issues on a case by case basis.

Shipment of returned items is solely your responsibility in costs and accountability - we recommend tracking your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Spindrift Tactical is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit and refunds will only be accepted on receipt of the item, if the above prerequisites are met.
